How We Actually Started
Back in 2012, I was working with a small manufacturing company in Brisbane that was struggling to plan for different economic scenarios. They had the usual spreadsheets, but when the market shifted unexpectedly, those static models fell apart.
That's when we realized something important — most businesses don't need complex financial theory. They need clear, practical ways to understand what might happen and how to prepare for it.
So we started building better tools. Not fancy software that requires a finance degree to understand, but practical scenario modeling that business owners can actually use to make informed decisions.
